I use openssl, but not for any SSL communication. I only use it for some encryption/digest utility functions.
It is better not to use openssl for communications. Use Network if you can - it uses each OSs native SSL implementation.
You only typically need to use openssl if you are using some Ruby library that depends on it. And you will need it if you do some encrypted communication NOT using https, but instead using some other TCP protocol. (I've used it in the past for encrypted XMPP).

Hello,
I've got the same problem, my build was rejected with rhodes version 6.0.30. Any news on this ? Is it fixed in the latest release (6.0.42) ?
Thanks,
Louis

Hello Dmitry, I think this is a different problem. Last week, I had a first rejection from Apple of my app using rhodes 6.0.30 with the following cause : So I've updated my rhodes version to include this commit (I think this is what you mean by "we remake icons and loading images functionality") but my app is still rejected but now for this reason : Louis

Hello Dmitry,
Thank you for the quick fix ! I have my own fork of rhodes and I usually merge tags in my fork to update my version. But I don't see the 6.0.45 tag in your github. Is it normal ?
