Hello guys, It seems like when an app is run on android with webview version 99+ then scrolling is totally disabled, it seems to be on the java side, any webpage without css and javascript will not scroll... This is a major issue, can you please look into this? Alex Epifanov have you seen or heard of this issue? Best regards, Krystian

Hi, I've tried two different Zebra devices, one with chrome version 99.x and webview with exact same version, other with chrome 87.x and webview 99.x version. These devices were managed by SOTI Mobicontrol with appcatalog rule that made the chrome (and webview) update. I've tried loading plain and simple webpages without css and javascript and the content would not scroll. I've looked at adb logcat and there are no log entries related to webview.
In system browser everything looks fine, it's only in rhomobile webview that scroll doesn't work.
This seems very weird and it looks like version 99.x treats it's container differently then previous version. I have webview 98.x on my phone so I can't reproduce it there. I'll try to find a way to reproduce this and post update when I have some results.

This is really strange, today all the scanners with chrome 99.0.4844.58 are acting normally (scroll works) and I can no longer reproduce this issue, first I thought it was only remote control in SOTI Mobicontrol that was sending different touch (mouse) events but I got it confirmed today that scroll works again on the version that it didn't... No chrome updates were done since the problem appeared. Device restart was tried and didn't solve the problem. So we have it working now but we don't know what solved the issue, if it pops up again on any device I'll try with rhobrowser demo.
