Does anyone know where to get the MC3000c50b PSDK - 30XXC50BxxPS010403.exe?

There was a download link in this thread: forums.tau-platform.com/thread/44/rhostudio-wm-run-default-app

However, it is no longer available, any help would be greatly appreciated!
