Share file with whatsapp

When sharing files using the Intent api to whatsapp, the filename comes out as null in whatsapp side. It seems it uses the cursor api to fetch the filename from the original app, to fix it needs to change the rhode's FileProvider cursor method to match androidx's FileProvider returning the display name for the requested URI
